"Hi Mel, I just wanted to take the time to thank you and all of the team at The Thurrock Hotel for helping to make our special day perfect and run so smoothly. All of the staff (not just for our wedding but also our general stay at the hotel) were all so friendly and helpful, but most importantly very patient and understanding, it really felt like they were celebrating with us. We really did have an amazing day and thank you for managing to change and re schedule the whole day based on our rather early ceremony. We were very happy with the hotel itself, the Garden Suite and the garden were clean, beautiful and the perfect space for the style wedding we wanted. All the food was delicious as well and Kirsty really did and amazing job in guiding us through our day whilst we “just winged it” We honestly couldn't not have had a better day. "It was a really wonderful day from start to finish. Staff were brilliant, nothing was to much for them. Everything ran smoothly from food being brought out on time and buffet, to the cake being cut.. The food was great, also everyone who attended was so happy and enjoyed the day as much as we did.
The rooms were clean and the bridal suite was beautiful. We would love to do it all again and would definitely do it back at the Thurrock hotel".
