• Check in/ check out.

  Check out time is 11:00am, if you require a late check out this will be an additional charge of £20 (Till 1pm). There is an Express Check Out box at reception for your convenience.

  Check in time is 14:00pm onwards.

• Bar and restaurant opening times.

  The Scholar’s bar is open daily 12:00pm to 23:00pm for drinks.

  Evening restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 17:30pm to 21:00pm – room service is also available, please dial 0 or 07394 517 179 to place your order.

  Breakfast is available Monday to Friday 6:30am to 9:30 am and Saturday to Sunday 7:30am to 10:30am (Bank holidays 8am to 10am). If you require an “Early Express Breakfast” please let reception know the night before and this will be available from 5h30am. It will consist of coffee, fruit juice and piece of fruit and a pastry.

• Car parking.

  Car parking is £3.00 per car per day when you book third party, if you book direct or sign up to be a best western rewards member car parking is free.

  We also have a car park barrier, to exit, please push the CALL button on the keypad.

• Electrical fans, hair dryers and iron.

  These items can be found in the wardrobe/ cupboard in your room.

• Electrical socket and adapters.

  Executive rooms have power saving slots for lighting which do not affect the sockets, adapters can be hired free of charge from reception. (subject to availability)

• Internet, photocopying and printing.

Photocopying and printing are available at reception, a cost of 25p per page is required.

• Emergency fire procedures.

  Please read the notice in your bedroom to familiarize you with our emergency procedures.

  Please be aware the hotel conducts its fire alarm test every Saturday afternoon.

Please only smoke or vape in the designated smoking areas in the carpark, anyone caught smoking in the hotel will be fined £100.

  Our housekeeping team refresh the rooms every three days, please leave the sign on your door or dial 0 to contact reception to request your room to be refreshed.
