With a Red Carpet Welcome, our BBQ & Garden Wedding Packages have been designed to provide an informal reception in a relaxed atmosphere with a delicious BBQ or Hog Roast in the garden yet still give your special day the WOW factor! 

The Garden Suite is perfect for weddings of between 50 & 200 guests and benefits from doors which open onto the terrace area, so if the weather is fine you can take your party al fresco! During the warmer months the terrace and garden makes a beautiful area for a BBQ or Hog Roast outdoor party.

The BBQ breakfast is served to the top table and then we welcome your guests up table by table to be served buffet style or we can serve platters to each individual table. We are very flexible & will work with you on all aspects to help make your day a memorable one.

We are now licenced to hold your Wedding Ceremony outside in our gardens - please ask us for more details

The Wedding BBQ & Garden packages includes:

  • Use of the Library Room or our Gardens* for your ceremony
  • Red carpet, to welcome you in style
  • Our Wedding Supervisor acting as your Master of Ceremonies through out the day
  • Bottled beer, cider, fruit punch & wine on arrival
  • Two course wedding breakfast (Choice of BBQ or Hog Roast)
  • Flute of Prosecco per person for the toast
  • Beer and Wine served throughout the breakfast (2 hours)
  • Evening bites buffet
  • White table linen & napkins
  • Use of our wedding cake stand & silver knife

Is it just Venue Hire that you are looking for?

Our Garden Suite (with or without the exclusive use of our Garden and Terrace) and our Belmont Suite are available to hire without one of our Wedding Packages and are perfect for those couples who wish to have their own registered caterers to provide the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Reception cuisine.  Venue / Dry Hire Charges are from 12 noon until 11pm, £3700 for the Garden Suite & £2500 for the Belmont Suite.  Our kitchen can also be hired for a small charge too.
