There are 8 conference, meeting & training rooms, the largest of which can hold up to 200 delegates. All meeting rooms benefit from natural daylight, free hard wired and WIFI internet access, good quality seating and a professional, dedicated team to help ensure the success of your event.
The hotel also boasts extensive public areas and a generous enclosed patio & lawn area suitable for outdoors team building activities or on warmer days as the place to have a break, stretch the legs and enjoy the sunshine.
The Best Western Thurrock hotel has a superb location being only minutes away from Junction 30/31 of the M25 and is only a few minutes away from intu Lakeside Thurrock, Grays and Purfleet and about 20 minutes from Excel and the Docklands.

We offer a number of delegate packages which include everything required for a successful meeting. The hotel has 200 car parking spaces which are free for delegates attending an event at the hotel. The hotel can provide equipment for conference rooms including LCD projectors and screens. Specialist equipment hire can be arranged at an additional cost.
A Room Hire option is also available from £150 for Half Day or £300 for Full Day Meetings. Room Hire, Screen & Projector, Pens & Pads, WiFi internet access and Free Car Parking are included in the cost.
Our delegate rates for a minimum of 10 persons make great savings and will ensure your meeting runs smoothly. Fresh Fruit, Nutritious lunches, plenty of fluids and sweet treats are included so you can be certain your delegates will be comfortable and alert for the entire day!
